Patient Experience Survey

The Q1 Patient Experience Survey period begins Monday 27 July. Patients will be invited to be part of the survey over two weeks. Please put your posters up in your reception area to help ensure patients being seen are aware of the survey. This is also an opportunity to confirm you have their correct contact details.
